By accessing or using SupportMint AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using SupportMint AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

SupportMint AI provides an AI-powered customer support chatbot platform that allows businesses to deploy intelligent chat assistants on their websites. The Service includes: • Creation and management of AI chatbot projects • Knowledge base configuration and training • Embeddable widget integration • Analytics and conversation tracking • Subscription-based messaging limits The Service is powered by Groq AI (llama-3.1-8b-instant model) and relies on third-party infrastructure including Neon PostgreSQL and Razorpay payment processing.

To use SupportMint AI, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account • Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent activity.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your plan renews automatically on the same date each month unless you cancel before the renewal date. Plan Limits & Pricing: • Free Plan — ₹0/month: 1 chatbot, 50 messages/month • Pro Plan — ₹999/month: 5 chatbots, 1,000 messages/month • Business Plan — ₹2,999/month: Unlimited chatbots, 10,000 messages/month Unused messages do not roll over to the next billing period. Message counts reset on your billing renewal date. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay in compliance with applicable Indian payment regulations (PCI-DSS). SupportMint AI does not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable payment policy.

You agree not to use SupportMint AI to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others • Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or malware • Collect or harvest personally identifiable information without consent • Send spam, phishing content, or unsolicited communications • Impersonate any person or entity • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use the Service for illegal purposes including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or terrorism We reserve the right to immediately terminate access for violations of this policy without notice or refund.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SupportMint AI and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your knowledge base content remains your property. By uploading content to SupportMint AI, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupportMint AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: • Your use or inability to use the Service • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service • Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Service • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by emailing you or posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
